Welcome to the home of Florida's Newest Half Marathon -

The Orange Blossom Half Marathon!

Run through the foothills of Orlando in what was once the heart of Florida's Citrus Growing Region. Weekend activities include a Kids Marathon, 5K Run, Half Marathon, and a waterfront fitness festival. The half marathon course has to be one of the most beautiful in Florida, taking runners out and back along Lake Dora's scenic Lake Shore Drive. All weekend activities are based out of Wooten Park in Tavares.

Because of a scheduling conflict at Wooten Park, the Second Annual Orange Blossom Half marathon will move to Spring of 2010. We expect to have the date finalized soon.

5K Run - Out and back course on Lake Dora Drive

13.1 mile Half Marathon - The course starts with a 5K loop followed by a 5 mile out and back course along Lakeshore Drive from Tavares to Mount Dora.
